We want you to shop with complete confidence. Since we retail premium skincare items (such as serums and facewashes), we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please read our policy regarding returns and refunds carefully:
Returns & Exchanges
- Eligibility: You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
- Condition: To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. Opened or used skincare products cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If Leopards Courier delivers a damaged, leaking, or incorrect product, please take a photo/video immediately and contact us within 24 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement free of cost.
Return Process
- Contact our customer support via email or Whatsapp with your Order Number and proof of damage/wrong delivery.
- Once approved, we will guide you on how to return the parcel. In some cases, our courier partner will pick it up, or you may need to ship it back to our warehouse.
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
