Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase! However, due to the nature of our products (Skincare, Face Wash, Creams, and Health Supplements), we maintain a strict hygiene and safety policy. Please read our guidelines below regarding returns and refunds.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
  • You have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, unused, with seals intact, and in its original packaging.
  • You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Non-Returnable Items (Hygiene & Safety)
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
  • Products that have been opened, unsealed, or used (including face washes, creams, and serums).
  • Malrich Supplements if the bottle seal is broken or damaged by the customer.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us within 24-48 hours if:
  • The item is defective or damaged during transit.
  • You received the wrong item.
In such cases, we will arrange a free replacement or a full refund. Please take a clear photo or video of the damaged/wrong item as proof and send it to our support team.
4. Return Shipping Process
  • If your return is approved, you will need to ship the product back to our warehouse address via a local courier (like Leopards Courier).
  • Unless the item was damaged or wrong upon arrival, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
