Thank you for shopping with us! We partner with Leopards Courier Service to ensure your orders are delivered quickly and safely across Pakistan.
1. Order Processing Time
  • All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Delivery Timelines (via Leopards Courier)
We deliver all across Pakistan. Once dispatched, the estimated delivery times are as follows:
  • Major Cities (Lahore, Karachi, Islamabad, Faisalabad, etc.): 2 to 3 business days.
  • Other Cities & Rural Areas: 3 to 5 business days.
Please note: Delivery times may vary during peak shopping seasons, extreme weather conditions, or public holidays.
4. Cash on Delivery (COD
  • We offer Cash on Delivery (COD) through Leopards Courier for your convenience.
  • Please ensure the exact amount is ready upon delivery. The courier rider will only hand over the parcel after receiving the payment.
5. Shipment Tracking
  • Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email or SMS.
  • You can track your parcel anytime directly on the official Leopards Courier website using the provided tracking ID.
6. Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
  • It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address and active phone number at checkout.
  • Leopards Courier will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If the customer is unavailable or unresponsive, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse, and the order will be cancelled.
